Patient Portal
David Nicholson, DO, LLC would like to introduce our new PATIENT PORTAL. This is a secure, web-based system that allows communication between you and our office at your convenience, 24 hours a day through the internet. The portal will allow our physicians and staff to communicate lab results, appointment reminders, and health maintenance reminders to our patients. When you have received a message via the portal, you will receive and e-mail alerting you to the message. In order to protect your personal health information in alignment with HIPAA guidelines, you can only access your portal messages by signing into the secure portal. Our patient portal will allow you to: · Complete new patient registration forms · Update demographic information · Update your medical record · Submit appointment requests · Submit prescription refill requests · View lab & test results · Submit a question to the nursing staff · Submit a question to the billing staff To access the portal, CLICK ON THE ICON ABOVE and complete the requested information to submit your request for access through the portal. We will process your request within 24 hours of submission.
